Fans Game Of The Week
South Carolina Gamecocks (9-3) vs. Auburn Tigers (12-0)

It is time for SEC championship football at the Georgia Dome. Coach Steve Spurrier from South Carolina gets an opportunity to prove he is still one of the best coaches in the nation. Coach Gene Chizik gets to prove he was justifiably hired over Turner Gill and more importantly, Auburn is a program that the SEC will have to contend with this season and future seasons to come. Stephen Garcia gets an opportunity to become a South Carolina legend by winning a SEC championship at quarterback. Cam Newton for Auburn has stepped up to the challenge and seems to perform better as the pressure has risen to win each week. Marcus Lattimore for South Carolina will run the ball and receive plenty of passes out of the backfield during the game. Alshon Jeffery will catch plenty of passes for South Carolina. Onterio McCalebb will make a big play for Auburn either running or receiving the ball at some point in the game. Both defenses will be prepared this week, but this game will probably end up in a shootout. Teams do not get to the SEC championship game by accident. Connecticut Huskies (7-4) vs. South Florida Bulls (7-4)

Connecticut Huskies are peaking at the right time and have won four straight football games. South Florida comes into the game off a huge overtime victory over Miami Hurricanes. South Florida has not won consecutive games this season, but has the opportunity to win consecutive games by beating Connecticut this weekend. Connecticut and South Florida have inexperienced quarterbacks. Connecticut and South Florida will rely heavily on strong defenses. Jordan Todman will be the featured player in Connecticut’s offensive attack. Moise Plancher and Demetris Murray will carry the rushing game for South Florida. Coach Edsall will have Connecticut prepared to beat South Florida this week. Connecticut wins the Big East title and a lucrative BCS bowl berth by beating South Florida. South Florida wants to finish the regular season with a win and get to a quality bowl game. Coach Skip Holtz wants this win for the seniors and to start a home winning streak for next season. Expect a tough physical game with neither team wanting to let this opportunity slip away at Raymond James Stadium. A great game for fans of traditional football. Stand Game Of The Week
Washington Huskies (5-6) vs. Washington State Cougars (2-9)

Jake Locker came into the season with more preseason accolades than any quarterback in the history of Husky football. Locker disappointed early in the season and the Huskies appeared not to be headed to a bowl. Locker has recently demonstrated leadership and is on the verge of leading the Huskies to three improbable wins and bowl eligibility. Locker needs this win to place his name among the great quarterbacks in Husky history like Brock Huard, Damon Huard and Warren Moon. The Cougars do not look like much on paper, but in a rivalry game, the Cougars will come to play expecting to upset the Huskies. Locker needs to take a stand and lead the Huskies to a strong victory at Martin Stadium in Pullman, Washington. Expect a great game. But Locker needs to cap his career in style.
