NCAA Basketball:Georgetown Coach John Thompson III On Heat Seat
Even though the Hoyas won 74-65 over Rutgers on Saturday January, 15,...
Head coach Jim Harbaugh stays in the Bay Area. However, a team has yet to be chosen. Harbaugh has a choice of returning to Stanford, which looks very appealing with the return of Luck, returning starters and a strong recruiting class.
Harbaugh also can turn pro and accept a five year deal from the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers position is also appealing with great players on both sides of the ball. Gore, Crabtree and Davis on the offense and Patrick Willis anchoring the defense.
If the coach accepts the Stanford position, they’ll be a pre-season favorite for the national championship game. However, if Harbaugh decides to turn pro and go to the 49ers, he may also experience early success playing in the a weak NFC West division.
What do you think he should do?
