Martinez, Porcello spark Tigers win over Twins

Rick Porcello picked up his 10th win of the season by limiting the Twins to 2 runs in 6 innings of work. Jose Valverde picked up his 26th save of the season. Victor Martinez led the offense with 3 hits. The Tigers beat the Twins, 5-2. The win moved the AL Central leading Tigers to 54-47, while the loss moved the Twins to 47-54.
