NEW YORK — Mardy Fish looked the part of the highest-seeded American at the U.S. Open, easily winning his first-round match Monday. The eighth-seeded Fish beat Germany’s Tobias Kamke 6-2, 6-2, 6-1 in an hour, 43 minutes.
