Chip Kelly believes it takes a full team effort to win football games and that extends beyond the players on the field. Last week, he collaborated with the cheer team and decided that it would be smart for them to wear hard hats during the game to represent the workman like effort that the team would need going into a hostile environment. He knew the Ducks would have to be at their best to beat a talented Arizona team at Arizona Stadium. The Ducks wore the Wildcats down and won the game, 56-31.
