Dana White Promises New York UFC Event in 2012

Finally, fight fans in New York can breathe a sigh  of relief because Dana White promised that New York would have a major fight card in 2012. There is nothing wrong with a little grapple in the Big Apple.

In a recent interview on ESPN  Radio, White recently stated, “We’re so close. It’s going to happen, and I guarantee you it’s going to happen this year. It’s going to depend on when it happens, timing and everything else, but obviously, it would be nice to go in there with, probably, Jon Jones.”

It is time for all the talk and speculation to end because all fight fans understand there is nothing wrong with bringing the excitement of a UFC grapple to the Big Apple.
