Eli Manning understands if he plays eight quarters of quality football, he will become a Super Bowl champion again. The New York Giants have not been quiet on what they intend to do and their plans to defeat the San Francisco 49ers at Candlestick Park in the NFC Championship Game.
The G-Men don’t believe any team can beat them any more. While Manning did stop short of guaranteeing a victory in the NFC Championship Game, he certainly believes this team is headed to the Superbowl.
Commenting on the plans of the G-Men to handle the 49ers with ease, he recently stated, “This is where you want to be. We always talk about finishing and playing your best football at the end of the season. That’s what we’re doing now.”
While, there can be bad and good Eli, there is not a quarterback who has played better than Eli Manning in the 4th quarter this season. It looks like the New York Giants will end up heading to Super Bowl XLVI once again.
