James has dramatically improved his efficiency as a scorer this season with career highs in field goal percentage(.595) and free throw percentage(.791), while only attempting 2 3-point shots. Through eight games, James is averaging nearly 30 points a game with nearly 8 rebounds and nearly 8 assists and is shocking even his most harsh critics. ”

It is not a coincidence that the Miami Heat are winning so easily this season because opposing defenses simply do not get a break any more. Whether you call him “Prince,” “King,” or even some expletive, you simply have to admit James seems to be maturing as a basketball player.

With great shoes, a new wife, an adjusted game on the hard wood, the Larry O’Brien Trophy seems like it is headed to South Beach once again. Way to go Bron Bron!
